Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions about our Springbrook tour from Gold Coast?
We offer three convenient pick-up points: Surfers Paradise (14 Beach Rd, in front of the large mural next to The 4217 shopping centre), Broadbeach (48 Surf Parade, on the footpath at the Meriton Suites loading zone), and Southport (bus zone on the northbound side of the Gold Coast Highway between Australia Fair and Broadwater Parklands).
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time so we can check everyone in and depart on time.
Yes. It’s designed as an easy, full-day escape into the rainforest, with a well-paced itinerary that lets you see Springbrook’s highlights in one day without needing a car or planning logistics.
Yes. We plan comfort stops and provide time for breaks throughout the day. You’ll also have an opportunity to purchase food if you’d like something in addition to the snacks provided.
Wildlife sightings vary, but Coombabah Lake Conservation Area is a great place to look for wild koalas and kangaroos. In the rainforest, you may also spot pademelons, birds and other native wildlife along the tracks.
Natural Bridge is a rare natural rock arch formed by water erosion over a long period of time. The short circuit walk takes you through lush rainforest to the cave-like arch and the waterfall flowing through it.
A basic level of fitness is recommended. The tracks are manageable for most people, but some sections (especially on the Twin Falls Circuit) can be uneven with moderate inclines. We keep a steady, comfortable pace and take breaks as needed.
Dress in light layers and bring a rain jacket just in case—Springbrook can be cooler and wetter than the coast. Comfortable walking shoes with grip are strongly recommended.
Public tours run with small groups of up to 11 guests for a more personal experience. Private tours to Springbrook can cater for larger groups of up to 60 people (with additional vehicles if required).
For every guest, we restore 1m² of native forest with Reforest, and we also donate $1 per guest to the Currumbin Wildlife Hospital to support wildlife care and rehabilitation.
